4. What Is the MOQ and How Flexible Is It?
For new buyers, MOQ flexibility is critical. A good OEM factory should support:
- Sample orders of 1–5 units for initial evaluation
- Trial orders of 50–200 units for market testing
- Bulk production from 300–500 units with full customisation
Be cautious of factories that require minimum 1,000 units for first orders with no sample option — this is often a sign of limited flexibility or a trading company acting as intermediary.
