This is a business-to-business website. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to submit through our inquiry and quote forms: your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, company name, country, project details, and any files you attach (such as logo artwork or reference images). We do not offer user accounts and we do not sell products directly on this website.
2. How your information is used
We use the information you submit for one purpose: responding to your sourcing inquiry — answering questions, recommending models, and preparing quotations. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
3. Form processing (third party)
Our forms are relayed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-forwarding service, which delivers your submission to our business email. We do not operate our own database of form submissions; your inquiry lives in our email correspondence. FormSubmit's own privacy practices are described in its policy.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website currently does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. If we introduce a web analytics tool in the future (such as Google Analytics), we will update this policy to describe it and, where required, request your consent.
5. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on Vercel. Like virtually all hosting providers, Vercel may process standard technical server logs (such as IP address and browser user agent) to deliver and secure the service, as described in Vercel's privacy documentation.
6. WhatsApp and external links
If you contact us via the WhatsApp buttons on this site, your communication happens inside WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp's (Meta's) own terms and privacy policy. Links to external sources in our guides (for example EPA, AHAM or WHO pages) lead to websites we do not control.

Inquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to handle your project and maintain normal business correspondence. You can ask us to delete your inquiry data at any time (see Section 9).

We are a manufacturer based in Guangdong, China, and our website infrastructure is provided by international hosting services. By submitting an inquiry you understand that your submitted details will be received and processed by our team in China, and relayed via the third-party services named above.

10. Children
